Protect your Children-HPV

If you have not already heard, Texas has passed and now California is passing legislature which allows medical staff to administer vaccines for sexually transmitted diseases to our children without parentalForced Vaccine for HPV permission!

This will be coming to Utah and other States very soon!  Parents, we need to stand up and fight it.

This move by the governing bodies and the pharmaceutical companies is unconstitutional.  Parents need to be involved in the health and well-being of their children.  Parents should to be educated on the value, cause and effect of ANY vaccine allowed in their child’s body.

For drug companies to strong-arm government leadership to pass laws allowing vaccination of children without parental permission is wrong.  This is part of a bigger plan…

Step ONE: Use scare tactics through the media to create a public demand for products (vaccines) that are is easy to turn a profit.  - Done.

Step TWO: Formulate products and use the government and school systems to help distribute said products. – Done.

Step THREE: Pass legislation protecting the company (big Pharma) from any adverse reactions the population might have to their products. – Done  in the 1980′s (you can no longer sue the drug companies for adverse reactions to vaccines)

Step FOUR: Pass legislation so you can no longer sue the Government for suggesting or requiring your children to have vaccines. – Done. 2002 as part of the Home Land Security Bill.  See the following video from C-SPAN.

Step FIVE: Get the government to mandate or require the products (vaccines) with or without parental permission.

HPV or any other vaccine should be reviewed and researched by parents to decide IF IT IS RIGHT for their child.  It is a personal/family decision.  It is not the right of a governing body nor a corporate entity to take that freedom of choice from  American citizens.

May I suggest you take the time to learn how vaccines are made, how they work, when you should have them, when you SHOULD NOT have them and what is coming in the near future (the HIV vaccine, for example).  Order your CD or ask the staff at the office for a copy of “The Vaccine Conundrum.”

REM Sleep Improves Healing

BETTER SLEEP EQUALS BETTER HEALTH

It is no secret better sleep results in more energy, clearer thought and better healing. REM sleep or the deepest level of sleep is most important.  We average only 1 to 3 hours of REM per night.  However, the more REM sleep we get the less overall sleep we need.

SLEEP STUDIES

Military sleep deprivation studies found that we literally go crazy without sleep.  REM is so important that when the researchers pushed the study participants to the limits of no sleep they began to take long ‘blinks’ where they actually dropped into REM for a few seconds while blinking.  That’s how important REM sleep is.  Most healing, and cellular regeneration is done while in our deepest levels of sleep.

Other studies show we get our best REM sleep between 10pm and 12am.  The “WHY” regarding 10pm-12am is still unknown but the data is clear as to “WHEN” is the best time to sleep.  So remember, it is best to get to bed before midnight each night.

Chiropractic and REM

If you want to do your own personal “sleep study” I recommend the ZEO clock.  It tracks your sleep through the night and reports in the morning how much of each level of sleep you received…including REM sleep.  If you alter your sleep habits, dietary, exercise or other habits, you can then track how they affects your sleep patterns.  With this information you can adjust appropriately to maximize your REM sleep.

1. Set up sleep patterns (Wake up early at the same time and go to bed at the same time each night)

2. A properly functioning nervous system (regular Chiropractic care)

4. Not eating right before bed.  Eat 2-3 hours prior
